Fantasy is never final

i just watched star trek yesterday
great movie i must say
even though im not a big fan of star trek
this movie is better thatn previous few star trek films ive seen

it makes me wonder about the concept of time travel
going back to the past and altering past events
the possibilites are fascinating and have been explored in fiction cue
c and c game series
back to the future

but but
what if you could alter the past to suit the future that you want
imagine you go back and alter your PSLE, O level, A level
or i could be somewhere else in the world
who knows
but the say going back in time could prove to be opening pandoras box
like if you prevent some tragedies from happening
things in the present may not be the same
you could create an alternate timeline
if ww2 didnt happen
britain would still have control over 1/4 of the world
america wouldnt become the dominant world power
nuclear bomb wouldnt develop
singapore would still be a colony
where would that place us
I dont know

as much as i want to change some events in the past
as im sure many others do
theres just no feasible way to do it at the present
but then its always nice to dream

after all reality bites hard
this week was real drainer
next week still got stats and monetary econs to deal with

good stuff this week

go out eat chinese food yest
hm mission to try out diff food throughout northbridge area
later on going out to have dinner
